Theme: ‘Why Women do not leave abusive men?’ The difficulty of breaking attachments
Following from our conference last year on Domestic Violence, this seminar examines the difficulty of breaking attachments from an abusive situation.
Kirstie Sheehy, a Criminologist and Specialist Projects Manager and Trainer will facilitate the seminar entitled ‘why women do not leave abusive men’.
Kirstie has developed and managed a large number of award winning and highly acclaimed projects involving offenders, homeless individuals, those with substance misuse issues and mental health problems in both the voluntary and statutory sector over 20 years.
